"Second Saturday" bird walk
Trails around Rocky River Nature Center
Saturday, August 9, 2014
Leaders: Bill Deininger, Ken Gober, Dave Graskemper
25 Birders, 38 Species
Hummingbirds hovered over the marsh.
Two green herons made entertaining moves.
Nearly-grown Eastern Phoebes begged food from adult birds
behind the Nature Center, their parents, we presume.
A perfect summer morning!
