Second Saturday Bird Walk
at Rocky River Nature Center

17 birders, 30 species
Fall color has arrived in the Rocky River valley.
Highlights of this second Saturday walk included a trio of
Cooper's Hawks by West Channel Pond and a Yellow-bellied Sapsucker.
Wood Ducks are still numerous in the pond nearest Frostville.
Yellow-rumped Warblers were the sole warbler species on this
walk.
